ENSPIRAL (EducatioN - Service Partnership Initiative for Reflective Adult Learning) is a protected learning time scheme for Primary Care staff. It enables the primary health team to meet together and with other teams in the local area to share good practice and learn about new treatments and methods of clinical practice.
